Dark Chocolate Sponge Toffee

Hand-made old-fashioned sponge toffee made with organic evaporated cane syrup, local honey and baking soda dipped in dark Valrhona chocolate.

When I was a kid, my parents would take us to Banff and I would get to buy Rundle Rock from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. I would choose the biggest one and eat it for weeks after our trip.  Mine is the grown up fancy version…Enjoy!
